• Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to overload or disrupt our servers
• Use automated tools to access our services excessively
• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary technology

4. File Uploads

• Maximum file size: 60MB per upload
• Supported formats vary by tool (images, PDFs, videos)
• All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour
• We are not responsible for any data loss
• You retain full ownership of all content you upload

5. Intellectual Property

The ToolBox website, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the website without permission. Output files generated by our tools belong to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or files
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Quality of processed files
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
